How do I schedule a bike pickup?
Choose your city, an available route day and a starting service. Boise E-Bike & Bicycle Repair will contact you to confirm the bike, service needs and pickup details.
Do I need to know exactly what repair my bike needs?
No. Choose the closest service or schedule a free phone consultation. The final work is confirmed after inspection.
How long will my bike repair take?
Turnaround depends on the repair and parts availability. The expected return day is confirmed after inspection, with fast route-based turnaround whenever possible.
Will you do extra work without asking me?
No. Parts and additional labor are quoted after inspection and require customer approval before work begins.
What does the 30-day service guarantee cover?
If an adjustment performed by Boise E-Bike & Bicycle Repair needs correction within 30 days, contact us so the serviced adjustment can be inspected and corrected. New damage, wear and unrelated parts are excluded.
Do you repair e-bikes?
Yes, for mechanical work such as tires, brakes, shifting and drivetrain service. Battery, motor and firmware diagnostics are not included.
Can you pick up several bikes from one family?
Yes. Add each bike to your notes and Boise E-Bike & Bicycle Repair will confirm the household pickup, inspection and estimate before work begins.

When is bike pickup available in Eagle, Meridian, Boise and Star?
Pickup and return are scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
When is bike pickup available in Nampa, Caldwell and Middleton?
These cities share the Monday and Friday route.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
That depends on the bike and pickup location. Boise E-Bike & Bicycle Repair will confirm a secure handoff plan before the route day.
Pricing and approval
Are the listed repair prices labor only?
Yes. Parts, tubes, sealant and other supplies are separate and require customer approval.
Can I combine several repairs?
Yes. After inspection, Boise E-Bike & Bicycle Repair will explain whether a tune-up or individual repairs are the better value.
When do I pay?
There is no charge when you submit a pickup or consultation request. Payment details will be confirmed with the approved estimate.

Do you work on kids' bikes, cruisers and commuter bikes?
Yes. Boise E-Bike & Bicycle Repair services common adult and kids' bikes, including hybrids, mountain bikes, road bikes and cruisers.
Can you assemble a new kids' bike or e-bike from a box?
Yes. New bike and e-bike assembly includes manufacturer-guided mechanical assembly, brake and shifting setup, fastener checks and a final mechanical safety inspection. Standard bikes start at $149, while e-bikes and complex assemblies start at $199.
Can you service cargo bikes or unusual e-bikes?
Often, but size, weight and component access vary. Schedule a phone consultation before pickup so fit and transport can be confirmed.
Do you service suspension or electronic systems?
Routine mechanical inspection is available. Internal suspension rebuilds, battery repair, motor diagnostics and firmware work are not currently offered.

Is pickup useful if I cannot lift my bike?
Yes. Doorstep pickup is designed for riders who cannot comfortably lift or transport a bike. Mention access needs when booking.
