A pickup, call or service record may include your contact details, address, bike details, requested service, notes and approvals. Payment details are not collected when you reserve a time.

How information is used

• Schedule and complete repair service.
• Prepare estimates, invoices and service records.
• Respond to questions and required follow-up.
• Measure aggregate website and marketing performance.
• Protect the system and meet recordkeeping obligations.

Operational contact and marketing are separate

Booking consent lets us contact you about your request. Promotional email requires a separate, optional choice. You may unsubscribe at any time, and opting out never changes service messages for an active job.

Sharing and sale

Boise E-Bike & Bicycle Repair does not sell customer information. Approved hosting, communications, analytics, payment or business providers receive only what is needed for enabled services.
